Founded in September 2014. First started their training at a backyard in Rawis, Legazpi City. With 4 members in the beginning now the club has over 150 members. We promote our vision of Grassroots to Red Shirts throughout the province whereby we strive to provide the youth of Albay the opportunity to play and enjoy grassroots rugby and in some cases progress right through to the professional level. We aim to teach the game, enhance peoples’ skills and share our love of rugby with the entire community.
